Our Mission
At Family Health Care Associates, our School-Based Health Program is designed to bridge the gap between health and learning. We believe that healthy children are better equipped to learn, retain knowledge, and thrive in the classroom. With over 20 years of experience and affiliation with the National Association of School Nurses (NASN), our professionally licensed and accredited nurses are committed to providing reliable, honest, and compassionate care.
By offering healthcare services directly on school campuses, we provide students with convenient access to optimal care, without the need to leave school. This approach not only enhances student health but also improves attendance, supports better learning outcomes, and increases parent satisfaction. Additionally, schools can save money while receiving high-quality care tailored to their students' needs.
Our program is supported by MD oversight from certified Pediatricians and APRN providers, ensuring every student receives the best care possible. We currently serve over 36 school campuses and offer competitive pay rates for our FHCA nurses, with the opportunity for any nurse already in a school position to have first refusal.
