During the exam, we assess your overall health, including vision, hearing, blood pressure, and more, to ensure you’re fit for safe driving. Our certified medical professionals provide thorough exams and complete the necessary documentation to keep you compliant and on the road.

Our team of experienced medical professionals includes doctors, nurses, and support staff who are all committed to providing the best possible care to our patients. We work together to ensure that each patient receives the individualized attention they need.

Sheryl Partin

Sheryl is a native of Bell County, where she strives daily to help others prevent, treat, and manage their health. Sheryl provides medical care for acute and chronic conditions ranging across all age groups. She focuses on preventative care, wellness programs, as well as chronic disease issues. She has training in joint injections as well as specializing in school health, home health, emergency medicine, and acute care ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care right where they need it.

Sheryl has always dreamed of being a medical provider in Kentucky, and she's grateful and thankful to the Lord that she is able to fulfill her dream in her community. 


Beyond her professional life, Sheryl loves her family and friends, she enjoys anytime she gets to spend with her husband and her children. She loves lounging at the pool, Norris Lake, or any beach vacation. She loves traveling, watching her kids play sports, loves listening to music, and studying the Bible.

Her passion for helping others shines through in everything she does, and she takes pride in providing personalized care for patients of all ages.
With a commitment to improving community health, Sheryl embodies the spirit of Family Health Care Associates.
