Lisa Grubb, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 11 years of diverse healthcare experience and a strong commitment to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive clinical expertise across multiple healthcare settings, allowing her to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan.
Lisa currently practices in primary care, where she focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, chronic disease management, and improving overall patient outcomes. Her broad clinical background includes experience in medical-surgical nursing, obstetrics and gynecology, home health, and school-based health services. This diverse experience has equipped her with a well-rounded understanding of patient care needs and the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Lisa earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Somerset Community College before advancing her education with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union College. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University, preparing her for advanced practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
In addition to maintaining certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Lisa holds Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and is a certified Medical Examiner through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, enabling her to perform Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations for commercial drivers. She is also an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth, continuing education, and advancing the nurse practitioner profession.
Known for her patient-centered approach, strong clinical judgment, and dedication to quality care, Lisa is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and empowering them to take an active role in their health and wellness. Having lived in Knox County with her husband for more than 35 years and raised five children, she is deeply committed to serving her community through compassionate, high-quality healthcare. Lisa remains dedicated to lifelong learning and providing exceptional care that improves the health and well-being of those she serves.
