Hello, I’m Skylar Miller, the Human Resources Manager at Family Health Care Associates. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Human Resource Management, and currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management, I bring over 8 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition to my role.
My HR philosophy is simple yet profound: put people first. I believe that creating a supportive and nurturing work environment is key to both individual and organizational success. My approach involves not just filling positions, but truly understanding and aligning talent with our company’s vision and values.
Outside of work, I am deeply committed to my faith and find joy in watching my boys play sports. These aspects of my life provide balance and perspective, enriching my approach to HR and leadership.
